This is the cross sill plate #4 the 4th one from the cab.
This heavy gage steel part is mounted across the frame under the wood for support.
Bolt holes in the cross sill determine the placement of the bed strips and wood. The bed strips and bed side angles are bolted to the cross sill and the cross sill is bolted to the frame by the bed-to-frame bolts.
Cross sill has all holes and includes wooden mounting blocks but no bolts are included.
We do not keep a lot of these in inventory so in some cases this product will ship direct from our supplier/manufacturer.
